Privacy and cookie statement
Last updated 4 October 2026
This website collects as little about you as it can. There are no forms, no accounts and nothing is sent to us while you read the pages. Analytics cookies load only if you explicitly agree.
Who is responsible
This website is run by Teatroto Restaurant, at the address shown at the bottom of this page. You can reach us at teatroto@abv.bg or on the phone numbers in the contact section.
What we collect
The site is a set of prepared files with no database behind it. We do not ask for your name, address or email, and there is no form through which you could send them.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records anonymous statistics about the visit, such as which pages you opened and how long you stayed. That data does not let us work out who you are.
Cookies
When you open the site for the first time, nothing is stored except your choice. The cookie notice asks whether you accept analytics cookies, and declining is exactly as easy as accepting.
Your choice. Kept in your browser as site-consent-v1 and never sent anywhere. It is technically necessary, so that we do not ask again on every page.
Google Analytics. The _ga and _ga_ cookies are set only after you press Accept. Until then Google's code is not even requested. Personalised advertising and Google signals are switched off and stay off.
You can change your mind at any time.
Google Maps
The contact section has a Google map, but it does not load by itself. In its place you see a button, and the map appears only once you press it, or if you have already accepted analytics cookies.
Until you do one of those two things, nothing about you is sent to Google. Once you load the map, Google receives your IP address, as it would on any visit to one of their pages.
How long data is kept
Statistics in Google Analytics are kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically. The record of your cookie choice stays in your browser until you change it or clear the site's data.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to data about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent. Because we collect no names or addresses, we usually cannot connect the statistics to a particular person, which limits what we can find in response to a request.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
